1. Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production has not yet begun.

After 24 hours or once the order has entered production, cancellations are no longer accepted.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

3. Timing & Refund Process

Provided your cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing your order and before production commences, your cancellation will be approved, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Production Commences: Once your order is placed into production, you will receive an email notification when your order status changes to ‘In Production’

Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. After the 24-Hour Window

Once your order is in production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
