Tsunxtee Return and Refund Policy

At Tsunxtee, your complete satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not entirely satisfied, we’ve designed our return and refund process to be clear, fair, and straightforward.

1. 90-Day Free Return & Refund for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Error)

We offer a hassle-free, 90-day free return and full refund policy if your item arrives damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or if there was an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, size, or design shipped). Our commitment is to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered in perfect condition.

  • Eligibility: This policy applies to all T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweaters, and Mugs purchased from Tsunxtee.com that are demonstrably damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our fault.
  • Cost: There is absolutely no fee ($0) for returns and refunds under this policy. We will cover all return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label. You will not incur any charges for returning these items.
  • Refund Processing: Once your eligible return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
  • Replacement Option: In eligible cases, we may also offer a replacement product at no additional cost instead of a refund, subject to your preference and product availability.

2. General Returns (Customer Responsibility for Shipping)

For returns initiated for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or our error (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size chosen by customer, personal preference), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Eligibility: You may return T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweaters, and Mugs for reasons other than those specified in Section 1 within 90 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, free of odors or pet hair, and with all original tags attached and packaging intact (if applicable). Items not meeting these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or refusal of return.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) deliveries. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
     
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

3. Refunds

All refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: While Tsunxtee processes your refund within 3 business days of receiving your return, please be aware that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. This additional time depends on your financial institution’s processing policies and varies by bank.
  • Partial Refunds: In specific circumstances, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items not in their original condition as per Section 2, or if part of a bundled offer is returned). We will communicate any such instances clearly before processing.

4. Restocking Fee

We believe in hassle-free service. There is no restocking fee for any returns, provided the items meet the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, customization, or final sale reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been specifically customized or personalized with names, dates, unique designs, or other bespoke features.
  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items Marked as Final Sale: Products explicitly designated as “Final Sale” on the product page or at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Important Note: If your return qualifies for a prepaid shipping label (under Section 1), please use the label provided by our customer support. For customer-responsible returns (under Section 2), please ship your item prepaid to this address, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please follow these steps:
