At Tsunxtee, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how much it costs, how long it takes, and how we handle issues that may arise during shipping. All Tsun Tee orders are produced and shipped from the Tsunxtee address at 7230 S Christiana Ave, Chicago, IL 60629, United States

📦 Shipping Availability

We currently only ship within the United States. Orders can be delivered to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska, and all U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

💵 Shipping Costs

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or minimum order values required to qualify for free shipping. All prices displayed and charged are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

🕒 Order Processing & Delivery Time

Our goal is to get your unique items to you as quickly as possible. Please review the following timelines:

  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (This is the time it takes for us to prepare, quality check, and package your order before it ships out).
  • Transit Time: 9–14 business days (This is the time your package is in transit with the shipping carrier after it leaves our facility).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 10-16 business days from the time your order is placed until it arrives at your doorstep.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) (Los Angeles time) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

📅 Example Delivery Timeline:

To help you estimate, if you place an order on Monday before 2:00 PM PST:

  • Processing: Your order will be processed on Monday or Tuesday.
  • Shipping: Your order will be shipped by Wednesday.
  • Delivery: You can expect delivery between the following Wednesday and Friday.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been prepared and shipped from our facility, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout. This email will include your unique tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey online until it safely arrives at your doorstep.

📬 Damaged or Lost Items

While we take the utmost care to protect your order during packaging and entrust it to reliable carriers, damage or loss may unfortunately occur during transit.

  • If you receive a damaged item: Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  • If your order is lost in transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (beyond the estimated delivery time) or indicates a delivery issue, please contact us.

We are committed to your satisfaction and will resolve the issue promptly by either reshipping the item at no extra cost or offering a full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.

❌ Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change.

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
  • After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please wait for your delivery and then refer to our Return and Refund Policy if you wish to return the item for a refund (customer-responsible shipping costs may apply).
